For better overall performance of an Induction motor in terms of efficiency, torque and voltage regulation it is necessary to monitor and control the motor parameters 24*7. Bad power factor can cause more power consumption and increase in utility bills so it must be controlled. Energy efficiency of an Induction motor can be increased by improving power factor. This research work is based on the improvement of energy efficiency of an Induction motor. The losses of an electrical energy should be reduced so that the Energy will be saved, Energy efficient will improve of an electrical appliances. The Gap between demand and supply of an Electrical Energy is increasing every year. India is the third largest producer of an Electrical energy in the world. As a result of the research, it has been determined that the students with PLC education based on the augmented reality were more successful. With the evaluation of the training made, positive improvement in education was observed by 85%. 80 students studying in the second year of the associate degree, using the 5-minute module, were then subjected to information and evaluation through tests and classical exams. The model has been made web-accessible with a student management system and made available to students. In this study, PLC training was applied to two separate groups: traditional theoretical and augmented reality theoretical. For PLC training based on the S7-1200 hardware, the electrical connection with PLC input / output connections is visualized with 3D animation.
